Maine US House candidate, retired Navy SEAL discusses Russian invasion, lack of USA global leadership and life on the campaign trail
DavesPaper.com caught up with United States US House CD1 candidate, Ed Thelander Thursday afternoon to gain his unique perspective with Vladmir Putin’s invasion of Ukraine, to lack of leadership at the White House and other issues facing Maine and America.
A decorated combat veteran with 21 years of experience as a Navy SEAL, Ed participated in U.S. operations in Afghanistan, Kosovo, Central and South America, Southeast Asia, and the Caribbean. An expert in special operations, he has helped lead many of the Navy’s specialized training programs.
